- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ¾ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 cups French Fried Onions (crushed)
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the Dijon mustard into a bowl or a shallow dish. In another bowl or shallow dish add the crushed French fried onions. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray. Dip each chicken breasts first into the mustard and then roll in the French fried onions until well coated.
- Place into the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until fully cooked (the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees F.).
