Honey Pepper Chicken Strips Recipe

honey pepper chicken strips
I like to prepare these honey pepper chicken strips when I am the mood for something that is both sweet and spicy. The honey pepper sauce gets most of its heat from cayenne and black pepper. If you want to up the heat even more, just add extra cayenne pepper. If you do not want to bread the chicken, you could brush this sauce onto the chicken strips like a BBQ sauce while grilling or baking them in the oven. You will want to time the cooking of the sauce with the cooking of the chicken strips. If the sauce cools down too much, it will become very thick and hard to toss the cooked chicken strips in. These chicken strips make a perfect dinner or are perfect to serve for the upcoming Super Bowl! Enjoy.
