Prepare the oven to 350F and arrange the bacon strips on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle some black pepper on the bacon and toss the tray into the oven.
Slow-cook the strips for 15minutes, then turn the tray 180 degrees. Continue cooking for another 15 minutes, by which the bacon would turn out crispy and crunchy.
Move the bacon to a bowl lined with paper towels and let them drain for two minutes. Then, serve as desired.
