- 1.25 lb thick-cut bacon strips
- Ground black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the oven to 350F and arrange the bacon strips on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle some black pepper on the bacon and toss the tray into the oven.
- Slow-cook the strips for 15minutes, then turn the tray 180 degrees. Continue cooking for another 15 minutes, by which the bacon would turn out crispy and crunchy.
- Move the bacon to a bowl lined with paper towels and let them drain for two minutes. Then, serve as desired.
