Easy Spicy Baked Potatoes Recipe(6 Servings)

  • 6 medium-sized russet potatoes, washed
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F, and then poke the potatoes. Rub oil and salt, paprika, and black pepper all over each potato, and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  2. Put in the oven and bake for about an hour. Bring out and poke the potatoes a bit. If the fork enters easily without force, it’s ready. If it doesn’t, put it in the oven and bake for another 30 minutes.
  3. Once ready, serve with your favorite topping and/or condiment.
