- 6 medium-sized russet potatoes, washed
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F, and then poke the potatoes. Rub oil and salt, paprika, and black pepper all over each potato, and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Put in the oven and bake for about an hour. Bring out and poke the potatoes a bit. If the fork enters easily without force, it’s ready. If it doesn’t, put it in the oven and bake for another 30 minutes.
- Once ready, serve with your favorite topping and/or condiment.
