Easy Oven-Baked Boneless Pork Ribs (2 – 4 Servings)

  • Two pounds pork ribs, boneless
  • One-and-a-half tablespoons garlic powder
  • One tablespoon onion powder
  • Black pepper
  • Salt


  1. Prepare the oven to preheat at 350F, and while waiting, trim the boneless pork ribs of silverskin and excess fat.
  2. Smear a baking tray with cooking spray or oil, and place the pork ribs inside.
  3. Deepen the cuts by about 50% of the slab’s thickness, and rub in the seasonings.
  4. Bake the boneless pork ribs for about 25 to 30 minutes until the internal temperature reads 145F.
  5. Take the pork ribs out and sit for about five to 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
