  • 1 tablespoon butter

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a pot large enough to fit all of your beef patties over low-medium heat. Place thawed patties in a saucepan and add salt and pepper after a few minutes.

Cook for 5-6 minutes on the first side before flipping. When red juices have collected on the top after flipping, flip again.

Flip the burger every few minutes for about 15 minutes, or until the juices flow clear.
