  1. Heat the oil in a big skillet over medium-high heat and cook the frozen chicken pieces for 10 to 15 minutes on the first side.
  2. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, just until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F. Do this after you’ve flipped and seasoned the chicken pieces with Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and set the cooked chicken aside for 5 minutes before serving it.
