  • Four lobster tails; defrosted, shells cut opened, gut removed
  • Half cup white wine
  • Two tablespoons melted butter, unsalted
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Kosher salt


  1. Position the oven rack to the center, and preheat to 425F. Then, brush the melted butter over the lobster tails, and sprinkle with seasoning.
  2. Arrange the tails on a dish, and add enough wine to cover the dish’s bottom. Then, bake for about one to two minutes per ounce or until the flesh is opaque and firm.
