Kiwi Salsa Recipe

  • 34 ripe Kiwi fruits (peeled and chopped)
  • ½ avocado (peeled and chopped)
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tablespoon green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh jalapeño pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper (to taste)




  1. In a medium bowl, add Kiwis, pomegranate seeds, avocado, green onions, and olive oil.
  2.  Add jalapeño peppers and gently fold into your taste. Add cilantro, salt, and pepper to your taste as well.
  3. (Makes about 1 ½ cups of salsa)
