- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups oats
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips or raisins
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and kosher salt. Set aside.
- Beat together on low speed, butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Increase the beating speed and beat together until fluffy.
- Stir in the flour mixture into the butter mixture until no flour is visible. Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
- Fill a cookie scoop or a tablespoon with dough. Drop one by one onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 11-13 minutes until golden but still moist inside. Remove from the oven and fully cool.
