Ingredients
Scale
- 16 ounces rotini pasta
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1lb ground beef
- 1 (6 ounces) can tomato paste
- 1 24 ounces can crushed tomatoes
- 6 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 /2 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and mix with the prepared marinara sauce. Place the mixture into a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Place into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese has melted and begun to brown.
