- 2lbs raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 wooden skewers (soaked in cold water)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup butter
- Juice of 3 lemons
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for a couple of minutes.
- Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Allow the sauce to cool. Reserve half of the sauce in a bowl for brushing.
