- One pound ground beef, lean
- Half cup milk
- Half cup Italian breadcrumbs
- Quarter cup Parmesan cheese
- Two tablespoons chopped parsley
- Half teaspoon salt
- Quarter teaspoon black pepper
- Three cloves garlic, minced
- One large egg
- Half onion, chopped
Instructions
- Put the ground beef in a bowl and add the other ingredients. Then, gently fold the ingredients into the beef with a cold fork to mix evenly.
- Make two-inch-sized meatballs from the ground beef, and arrange them in one layer inside the air fryer basket.
- Lower the basket into a 400F air fryer and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. The meatballs are ready when cooked through or read the 165F on a probe thermometer.
