- Scape the peel off the sweet potatoes, and cut them half lengthwise. Then, cut each half into planks of a quarter to half inches of thickness. Next, cut each plank into equally sized fries, and pour them into a large bowl or resealable bag.
- Sprinkle the fries with seasoning and toss till the spices evenly coat the fries. Then, arrange the fries in the basket and spread them as evenly as possible. Cook them at 400F for 7 to 10 minutes, and bring the basket out.
