If you like Chocolate chip cookies, you will love chocolate chip muffins! I love to eat these in the morning for breakfast or for a late night snack. These delicious muffins are packed with chocolate chips and walnuts. If you do not want to use walnuts, pecans will work just a well. As you can see this recipe calls for an entire bag of chocolate chips if you do not want that many you can cut down on the amount a little. These muffins are very easy to make, I think I had them in the oven within 5 minutes. If you are looking for a great tasting muffin recipe, give this a try! This recipe makes 12-18 muffins, depending on the size. Enjoy.

Hi! I recently came across your blog and just wanted to let you know that your recipes look delicious! My family LOVES Chinese food, but have always had a difficult time making similar versions at home. I can’t wait to try some of your dishes!!!
These muffins look wonderful! I work really early in the morning and am always looking for something to grab quickly, on my way out. These look perfect!
This sounds like the perfect breakfast for me!!! They look wonderful!
I LOVE chocolate, and this looks like the perfect way to use up my chips. More chips in one muffin than in one choco-chip cookie.
Your blog is fantastic! I, too, like the Chinese food recipes.
Thanks a million, Liz
Sprinkle a little sugar on top and the top will crystalize 🙂
Who wouldn’t love these for breakfast. I love your muffin tins.
I made these tonight!! Yum!
Your muffin recipe is so easy to follow even for non-baker like me. I will give it a try this Holy Week because my mother just gave us a bag of walnuts from her recent trip.
LOL.
Now this is a recipe I get down with..lol.
I don’t think I’d do them for breakfast, but a dessert would e great.
I think I’ma start basing my shopping list off of the recipes on this site.
I have to make wheat-free and dairy-free for one of my children. Your recipe looked fabulous so I had to try it. I was able to substitute the flour for oat flour, rice milk instead of milk, and alternative butter instead of regular butter. I added a few binding agents used in gluten-free baking(x-gum and guar gum). They came out awesome! They are super yummy when warm. All of my family gives this recipe super high ratings! Thanks for the recipe!
ooooh, these look yummy dnt they? im going to try them todaii! i hope they turn out as good as they luk!! thanx 4 this recipe, tasmiyah
Really enjoyed making these. Made these tonight for my family (opted out of the walnuts, due to braces in the family) but they turned out really yummy. A better option than choc. chip cookies! Thanks for sharing this recipe. Please continue to share your recipes!
I love you muffins i made them for my bake sale everyone loved it!! (including me and my family!)
These muffins are simple and great best muffin yet.
Just threw these in the oven — the batter was awesome and thick enough to keep the choc. chips in place. Can’t wait to try one!!
well I’ve just made this beautiful recipe and had my first bite!! ay yay yay!!! I LOVE it!!! thnx a lot for sharing!!
Sounds like a teriffic recipe. I always add extra batter into the paper cups, so it over flows a bit. Also, I add extra chocolate chips & nuts on top of the batter. They come out looking a little more plump and the extra bits on top look like it came right from the bakery!
Hi! I made these today and they turned out really yummy! Thank you so much for sharing the recipe! 🙂
Way to go Bobby another delicious recipe you have here. best chocolate chip muffins ever!
These muffins were delicious and I will definitely make them again.
I made these muffins for my sister for grab and go breakfasts. She really likes them! I followed the recipe, except replaced the butter for 1/4 c. nonfast sour cream and 1/4 c. canola oil. I decreased the chocolate chips to 1 c. They turned out great! I also sprinkled some sugar on top of the muffins before baking. Because I made jumbo size muffins (yielded 6), they took about 25 minutes in the oven. Thank you for the recipe!!
