Could there be a more delicious slider for game day than these hamburger sliders with chipotle mayo? We think not.

The Ultimate Sliders Cookbook
$7.99
These sliders are topped with cheddar cheese, red onions, pickles, and an amazing chipotle mayo. You can either cook the burgers on the stovetop or grill them. I cooked them using a griddle. The chipotle mayo adds tons of flavors and makes this recipe different and better than plain-old burger sliders.
You can also add other burger toppings as well such as lettuce and tomato. Enjoy.

Chipotle Mayo
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 chipotle in adobo
- 1/2 tablespoons adobo sauce
- Juice of 1/4 lime
- Salt and pepper
Sliders
- 1lb ground chuck
- Salt and pepper
- Cheddar cheese slices
- Slider buns
- Red onion slices
- Dill pickle slices
Instructions
- Make the chipotle mayo. Add all of the ingredients for the mayonnaise in a food processor and puree. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Grill the patties. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Form the meat into 6 small patties and season on both sides with salt and pepper. Place the burgers onto the grill and cook for about 5 minutes and then flip and cook for another 4 minutes. When the sliders are almost done, top each with cheddar cheese and close the grill for 2 minutes so the cheese melts.
- Toast the buns. While the burgers cook, split the slider buns and place cut-side-down onto the outer edges of the grill, away from direct flame. Toast lightly.
- Assemble the sliders. Place the hamburgers onto the toasted buns and top with chipotle mayo, onion slices, and pickles.
