- Pour all the ingredients for the sauce into a bowl and whisk together.
- Set a pan on the burner and set your burner to medium-high heat. If it’s measured on your burner, set your heat to 7/10.
- Add some olive oil to your pan. Add the minced garlic and onions to the oil before you add your ground chicken.
- Break down the mold of ground chicken in the pan with a wooden spoon. Ensure the chicken is completely chopped up in the pan.
- When the ground chicken is completely white in the pan, add the bowl of sauce to it and mix well with a spoon.
- Add in the celery, carrots, and any other vegetables you have. Add the scallions and mix everything together in the pan.
- Cook for about 3 minutes before taking it down. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds on your ground chicken and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Your delicious cooked ground chicken is ready to be eaten.
- You can eat it with rice, salads, beans or any other food you want.
