Asian Ground Chicken Bowl (2 to 3 servings)

  1. Pour all the ingredients for the sauce into a bowl and whisk together.
  2. Set a pan on the burner and set your burner to medium-high heat. If it’s measured on your burner, set your heat to 7/10.
  3. Add some olive oil to your pan. Add the minced garlic and onions to the oil before you add your ground chicken.
  4. Break down the mold of ground chicken in the pan with a wooden spoon. Ensure the chicken is completely chopped up in the pan.
  5. When the ground chicken is completely white in the pan, add the bowl of sauce to it and mix well with a spoon.
  6. Add in the celery, carrots, and any other vegetables you have. Add the scallions and mix everything together in the pan.
  7. Cook for about 3 minutes before taking it down. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds on your ground chicken and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Your delicious cooked ground chicken is ready to be eaten.
  8. You can eat it with rice, salads, beans or any other food you want.

Note that this is a recipe with serving size of about 2 to 3 people. If you want to cook for a larger number of people, increase the number of your ingredients by the number of people you’re cooking for.

This recipe for ground chicken can be eaten alone while you work at home, or at dinners where you can share this tasty delicacy with your friends and family. It’s savory, delicious, and very easy to cook.

If you don’t want to add anything to your ground chicken though, remember that you can just put it in a pan and cook for 10 minutes or until it’s slightly browned, and eat it with sauce when it’s ready.
