  2. Remove from the microwave and stir in the shredded carrots, shelled edamame, and bean sprouts. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Combine the soy sauce and the egg, then top with the sriracha. You can use any green onions or herbs you choose.
