- One pound pre-cooked shrimp, large, thawed
- Three tablespoons butter, cubed
- Three tablespoons lemon juice
- Three tablespoons minced garlic in oil
- One tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- Half teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- Half teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Black pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Cook the oil in a pan or skillet until it shimmers, then add the butter, garlic, lemon juice, and shrimp. Stir for four to five minutes until the shrimp turns golden brown.
- Add the parsley, and sprinkle pepper and salt to taste. Then, stir and serve as desired.
