Garlic Butter Baked Salmon in Foil (4 Servings)

For the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cover a baking pan with a wide piece of foil, make the foil piece large enough to fold over, and close later to make a package. Place the fish in the foil’s middle.
  3. Lemon zest, garlic cloves, butter, dijon mustard, smoked paprika, honey, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a small bowl. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until well blended.
  4. Fold the foil up over the salmon to make a tent and pour the lemon garlic butter mixture over the salmon
  5. Bake the salmon for about 10 to 14 minutes or until the desired doneness is reached.
  6. Remove the salmon from the oven and preheat the broiler to HIGH.
  7. Unfold the foil to reveal the salmon. Return the salmon to the broiler for another 2 to 3 minutes, or until there is minimal browning on top of the caramelization.
  8. Remove the salmon from the oven. Serve with lemon wedges and chopped parsley as a garnish.
