- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, sesame oil, molasses, cayenne pepper, ginger, and garlic.

- Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the steaks from the marinade and place them in the heated pan, shaking the pan gently to avoid sticking. The temperature should read 140 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer put into the center (60 degrees C).
