  • 1/2lb chorizo sausage (cooked)
  • 4 eggs (scrambled)
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 roma tomato (chopped)
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)

Instructions
