If you enjoy grilled chicken I highly recommend trying this lime chicken recipe. It’s the perfect recipe for your outdoor grill this summer. The marinade uses classic Asian flavors with a little kick. Some of the ingredients include soy sauce, garlic, and lime juice. Judging by these 3 ingredients alone, you could assume this has amazing flavor. Even though this is somewhat an Asian dish, I like to serve it with Spanish rice. Spanish rice compliments the lime flavor nicely in my opinion. The chicken can be marinated anywhere from a few hours to overnight for maximum flavor. If you prefer not to use chicken breasts, thighs or any type of chicken will work. Enjoy.

Once again, thank you for a great idea! We seem to eat a lot of chicken, especially now since it is so easy to grill. The marinade sounds wonderful! I bought some chicken today before I even saw your recipe and plan to try this tomorrow.
Very nice and I like the flavor combination.
Thanks!
Fantastic recipe!!Thank you.
This is my kind of recipe! I am bookmarking this to try very soon. We love citrus grilled chicken.
I made this today and really enjoyed it. Very good flavor combination, easy to make, and bonus points for the playing with fire method of cooking. Roasted corn made a great side dish. Thanks!
Oh…….my…….goodness…….
I made this tonight for dinner……what an AMAZING marinade for chicken this is. The recipe shot right to the TOP of the “favorites” pile. I didn’t even marinate it overnight and the flavor was incredible.
I think the thing I love most about it is I always have all the marinade ingredients on hand.
This is my new “go-to” recipe for grilled chicken for sure.
Thank you SO much, Bobby….and my husband Bob thanks you too. 🙂
I made another recipe on your site a couple months ago, and it just came out so-so (I probably did something wrong)…anyways, I made this one tonight and OH BABY!!!!! It was THE BEST DINNER I EVER MADE! I followed the directions to a T and marinated it for about 19 hours. It was AMAZING!!!! Thank you so much for this recipe!!!!
