Spaghetti Carbonara is perfect for your weekly dinner menu. This dish is a classic that combines bacon with noodles, an egg mixture and a delicious wine sauce. The Parmesan cheese is an important ingredient in this recipe because of the flavor that it adds. This recipe does call for raw egg; however, any bacteria will be killed when the egg mixture is combined with the hot noodles. Enjoy.

Just made this recipe for the 2nd time in 2 weeks! My family and I absolutley love it. For everyone worried about the raw egg, dont, it basically cooks itself when mixed with the hot pasta. This recipe is soooooo good. I tossed some grilled chicken into it! YUM!

This looks amazing. I don't think I have ever had a Carbonara, but it does look amazing. Although I am a little nervous about the raw egg.

This looks so awesome. I think I should just bite the bullet and try the recipe. I avoid carbonara because of the eggs but after seeing your post I think I better just try it!
