- 1 pound lean ground beef 80/20
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 4 hamburger buns
- Cheese slices of your choice
- Fresh tomato
Instructions
- Start by Pre-heating the oven to 375°F.
- Then season the hamburger patties with salt, pepper, and any season or sauce you prefer, you could add bbq sauce or Worcestershire sauce.
- Take a baking dish and spray some non-stick cooking spray on it before placing the hamburger patties on it.
- Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, and flip halfway into the cooking time.
- Take the cheese slices and place them on the patties and cook for a minute so it melts on the cheese, while doing that also toast the buns too.
- Remove from heat and serve with some tomato slices, sauces, or whatever you like.
