In my country (Honduras), flour tortilla tacos are a very popular street snack, filled with spread of refried beans, salty sourcream and avocado. other toppings for this taco are shreded quesillo-cheese, scrambled eggs with meat and pickled onions with jalapeños! people absolutely love them and many have them from street vendors for breakfast with a sip of “horchata” drink.
    they are called “Baleadas”.
