Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees F. Add the flour to a pie plate. In another pie plate, whisk the eggs. In a third pie plate mix together the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and pepper.
  2. First coat the pork chops in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until browned on the bottom, turn over and cook until browned on the other side. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  4. Place into the oven and bake until the pork chops are fully cooked (the internal temperature has reached 145 degrees F.), about 15-25 minutes. Cooking times will vary depending on how thick the pork chops you are using are.
