Ingredients
- 100g banana (roughly 1 medium banana)
- 140ml unsweetened almond milk
- 70g yoghurt, such as Greek, natural, soya
- 20g protein powder (vanilla or any flavour)
- 30g ground flaxseed
- 20g rolled oats
- 30g dates
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Handful of ice
Instructions
Just combine everything in a liquidiser and blend until smooth. Adjust the amount of ice used to make it thicker or smoother.
