I’ve made a lot of her recipes over the years, so hearing that she was releasing an Instant Pot cookbook made me very happy.

You’ll discover recipes for classics and lots of Indian food options, much as on her website, but the difference is that these dishes were all created for the Instant Pot.

The book has 150 recipes, most of which are gluten-free and those that don’t include instructions on how to make them gluten-free, so you aren’t left in the dark.
