  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 bananas (mashed)
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Irina- Sounds too me like they were not cooked long enough. It doesn't make sense that if you cooked them for double the time they would not be done. They should be baked at 375 degrees fahrenheit for 18-20 minutes.
