Homemade Chia Jam or Fruit-Sweetened Jams
Fruit jam that has been organically sweetened with fruit juice rather than refined sugar can be found in the natural food department of most supermarket shops. Just Fruit spreads from Crofter are a terrific option! Mix 1 spoonful of your favorite jam into 1/2 cup plain yogurt for a delightfully sweet snack. You can also create my chia seed jam at home!

Fruit, fresh or frozen

For example, 1/8 cup crushed pineapple (canned in its own juice) and a dash of coconut extract can be mixed into 1/2 cup plain yogurt to produce your own pina colada yogurt.
