How to Roast Pumpkin Seeds

How to Roast Pumpkin Seeds
You can save the seeds from your pumpkins this year and make a delicious snack. If you are wondering how to roast pumpkin seeds, it is actually very easy. Just scoop the seeds out of your pumpkin and separate the seeds from the pulp, toss them with butter and seasonings and then roast them on a baking sheet. It is that easy. You can leave some of the pulp on the seeds if you want, it will only add flavor, you just want them to be easy to toss with the butter. You can also rinse them to remove the pulp if you prefer. Enjoy.
