These wings are about to become your new go-to, whether you’re hosting a large gathering or having a few buddies around to watch a football game.
Tips for Air Fryer Chicken Wings
Which air fryer is the best for Chicken Wings?
Air fryers are available in two distinct styles. The first is a toaster oven with a small oven door, such as the Cuisinart one, the Farberware model my sister owns, or the pricey Breville model.
The second type is a slide-in drawer/basket air fryer, such as those made by Phillips, Gourmia, or Nuwave. The Cuisinart toaster oven-style air fryer is our favorite because it can hold more food and performs a number of tasks, and it replaced our old toaster oven because it air fries, bakes, broils, and toasts.
What is better to use fresh or frozen chicken wings in the air fryer?
You should prefer to prepare wings that are either fresh or thawed. Defrosting frozen chicken in cold water takes only a few hours. However, air frying them from frozen only takes 6-10 minutes longer if you’re only using a pound of wings.
What’s an excellent chicken wing side dish?
These crispy chicken wings pair well with a wide range of dishes. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing made from scratch. Serve them with a good side dish, such as macaroni and cheese, if you want.
