Ingredients
Scale
- ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees F. Add the flour to a pie plate. In another pie plate, whisk the eggs. In a third pie plate mix together the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and pepper.
- First coat the pork chops in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until browned on the bottom, turn over and cook until browned on the other side. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Place into the oven and bake until the pork chops are fully cooked (the internal temperature has reached 145 degrees F.), about 15-25 minutes. Cooking times will vary depending on how thick the pork chops you are using are.
