Bloomin’ Burger Recipe
Here is a delicious copycat recipe for the Bloomin’ Burger from Outback Steakhouse restaurant. It is called the Bloomin’ Burger because it is topped off with pieces of Outback’s Bloomin’ Onion and sauce. The burger patty can be either cooked on the stovetop or grilled on an outdoor grill. I used a griddle to cook the burgers. The onion is sliced into strips and then breaded in a seasoning mixture and then fried until golden brown. The sauce uses several ingredients and gets a lot of flavor from mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, and ketchup. If you have extra fried onions and sauce leftover you can serve them on the side. Enjoy.
