    Ground Beef Taquitos

    Ground beef taquitos recipe

      Ground Beef Taquitos
Using ground beef in taquitos is a so much quicker than making them with shredded beef and they still taste amazing. The ground beef is seasoned with a homemade taco seasoning and then spooned into corn tortillas along with Monterey jack cheese. These taquitos are baked in the oven. You will want to warm the corn tortillas up before trying to roll them otherwise they will break apart. You can use a microwave or a skillet to warm them. You can top these taquitos with any of your favorite taco ingredients such as lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and guacamole. Enjoy.

            Italian lasagna recipe

Italian lasagna is always a great choice if you need a dish to prepare for dinner that will serve several people or can be eaten as leftovers. This lasagna is layered with a meat sauce, mozzarella cheese and a ricotta cheese mixture. The sauce is an Italian Bolognese that gets a lot of flavor from celery, onion, carrots, and garlic. A little bit of red wine is added into the sauce for amazing flavor. The sauce uses two meats—ground beef and pork. The ricotta layer gets a lot of flavor from fresh basil and parmesan cheese. Preparing lasagna does require a good amount of work but it is well worth it. You can serve this recipe with garlic bread on the side. Enjoy.

                                                      How to make a quesarito

se on top of the tortillas. Place another tortilla on top of the cheese. Place a damp paper towel on top. Place into the microwave and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until the cheese has melted.

In the center of the prepared quesadilla add some of the ground beef, top with some of the cilantro-lime rice. Add a little bit of the chipotle sauce and sour cream. Roll up the burritos by folding the corners towards the center and then grabbing the bottom and rolling up. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and cheese.

To cook them in the pan— spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat the skillet to medium-high heat. Place the wraps into the skillet seam-side down and cook until golden brown and crisp on the bottom, turn over and cook until golden brown on the other side (about 2-3 minutes per side).

                                                        How to Make a Quesarito
This is a great recipe if you are looking for a tutorial on how to make a quesarito. The quesarito started as a secret menu item at Chipotle and was later added as a regular menu item at Taco Bell. This recipe is more like the one you would find at Taco Bell as far as the ingredients go but it could be adapted as a copycat recipe for either restaurant. The quesarito is basically a quesadilla that is wrapped up into a burrito. This burrito is stuffed with taco meat, cilantro-lime rice, chipotle sauce, and sour cream. The best way that I found to prepare the quesadilla is to microwave the cheese between two tortillas wrapped in paper towels. Once the tortillas come out of the microwave, the cheese is melted and the tortillas are soft and easy to roll into a burrito. The burritos can be browned in the pan but that is totally optional. There is a lot of work involved in this recipe but you can save time by using things such as packaged taco seasoning. Enjoy.

                                                                Slow Cooker Cincinnati Chili
I am always looking for delicious recipes to prepare for the NFL playoffs and the Super Bowl. One of my top choices to prepare for game day is chili. It just so happens that Cincinnati chili can be easily prepared in the slow cooker and it is less work and even more delicious than being prepared on the stove top. This chili gets a lot of its flavor from ingredients such as allspice, cinnamon, and cloves. What is great about this type of chili is the way that it is prepared. The meat is stirred into the liquid and spices right in the crockpot to give it a very unique texture when it is done the cooking. This type of chili is served over spaghetti noodles and topped off with shredded cheddar cheese and diced onions. Enjoy.

                                                                BBQ cheddar stuffed meatballs recipe

                                                                  BBQ Cheddar Stuffed Meatballs
These BBQ cheddar stuffed meatballs are a very delicious dinner to prepare. These meatballs use ingredients such as ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk onion, and garlic. The meat mixture is formed and then cubes of cheddar cheese are pressed into the center of the meatballs. Try and form the meat mixture around the cheese chunks as well as possible to avoid leaks. Chances are some of the cheese will leak out but you don’t want it all too. These meatballs are fully cooked in the oven, no pan-frying is required. The BBQ sauce is homemade and uses common ingredients which you may already have on hand. I like to serve these meatballs with macaroni and cheese. Enjoy.

                                                                    Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs
Meatballs get even better when they are stuffed with mozzarella cheese. The meatballs are cooked in the slow cooker right in the spaghetti sauce. You can use either your favorite brand of sauce or even make your own. The meatballs use two different types of meat—spicy Italian sausage and ground beef. I really like the flavor that the Italian sausage adds to this recipe. Try to form the ground beef mixture as well as you can around the cheese cubes so that it does not leak out while cooking. However, it is normal for some of the cheese to come out. I like to serve these meatballs with spaghetti noodles. Enjoy.

The shells are stuffed with a ground beef mixture, topped off with sauce and cheese, and then baked in the oven. The ground beef is browned in the pan and then mixed with ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and cheddar cheese. The sauce is just a simple combination of ketchup and tomato sauce. When the shells are finished baking you can top them off with your favorite cheeseburger condiments such as lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle. Enjoy.

The meatballs are a combination of eggs, wine, garlic salt, and breadcrumbs. The meatballs are fried in shortening in the pan until browned and then simmered in the gravy until fully cooked. The gravy gets a lot of its flavor from beef onion soup mix and Herb de Provence seasoning. I like to serve these meatballs with biscuits. Enjoy.

Fast food can often be disappointing and you can make a much more flavorful burger right at home. This burger consists of a beef patty topped with white cheddar cheese and caramelized onions. You can cook the burger on a griddle or in a pan. If you want you can also grill the burgers on an outdoor grill. The onions are cooked in the frying pan until slightly browned. I like to serve these burgers with French fries. Enjoy.

I always enjoy the flavor of mixing Asian sauces with pasta. You can use different types of noodles for this recipe if you would prefer—lo mein or chow mein noodles would be a good option as well. The noodles are cooked on the stovetop and the steak is sliced and stir-fried in a wok with garlic and ginger. I like to serve these noodles with egg rolls. Enjoy.

The Bonzai burger is a teriyaki-glazed beef patty that is grilled and topped with cheddar cheese, tomato, pineapple, and lettuce. I really enjoy the flavor combination of the teriyaki sauce and the pineapple ring. You can either use an outdoor grill or an indoor grill pan for this recipe. For the teriyaki sauce, you can use your favorite brand from the store to make your own. This is a great recipe for summer outdoor grilling. Enjoy.

This chili pasta bake makes a delicious and easy dinner and if you want to prepare enough to feed a lot of people the ingredients can easily be doubled. Preparing this recipe is simple—a ground beef mixture is prepared on the stovetop and mixed with cooked pasta shells and then placed into a casserole dish and topped off with shredded cheese. The ground beef mixtures get a lot of its flavor from chili powder and cumin. You can either use kidney beans or black beans for this recipe, I prefer black beans. You can also experiment with different types of cheeses on top—I like a Mexican cheese blend. This dish goes great served with sour cream and green onions on top. Enjoy.

Preparing meatballs and marinara sauce is a great idea for dinner. This recipe does require a little bit of effort but it is well worth it. The homemade marinara sauce uses crushed tomatoes and gets a lot of its flavor from onion, garlic, oregano and basil. The meatballs use classic Italian ingredients such as parmesan cheese, Italian sausage, hamburger, and parsley. The meatballs are browned in the oven so there is no need to fry them in hot oil. After the meatballs are browned they are placed into the marinara sauce to simmer until fully cooked. This recipe will make about 8 to 10 servings, so you will be able to feed a large crowd or have leftovers. You can also freeze the meatballs and marinara for up to 1 month. You can serve the meatballs and sauce over pasta such as spaghetti or linguini. I also like to serve them with garlic bread. Enjoy.
