      Slow Cooker Pork Ragu
A delicious meat sauce to serve over cooked pasta is pork ragu. You can prepare pork ragu on the stovetop but I prefer the slow cooker. You can use whatever type of cheese for these omelets you prefer, some good choices are cheddar or Monterey jack. You can top these omelets with additional ingredients such as salsa and cilantro if desired. Enjoy.

Chorizo sausage goes great on tacos and when you add potatoes and onions, it is even better. This recipe is very easy to prepare and you can use store bought chorizo to save time but if you want, I would suggest making your own! You can even add scrambled eggs and salsa to these tacos if you want. I would suggest using corn tortillas but you can of course use flour instead. The mushroom gravy is prepared in the same skillet and uses ingredients such as chicken broth and milk. I like to use boneless pork chops that are thin cut for this recipe. You can also use boneless skinless chicken breasts instead of pork if you would prefer. The Alabama white sauce really adds a nice flavor to this amazing burger. The BBQ sauce is a combination of mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, and pepper. The ground pork is mixed with seasonings such as smoked paprika, chili powder and cayenne pepper for a little bit of heat. The original recipe called for smoked Gouda but I used sliced provolone instead. These burgers are best cooked on an outdoor grill but could be pan-fried if needed.

You can use either your favorite brand of sauce or even make your own. The meatballs use two different types of meat—spicy Italian sausage and ground beef. I really like the flavor that the Italian sausage adds to this recipe. Try to form the ground beef mixture as well as you can around the cheese cubes so that it does not leak out while cooking. However, it is normal for some of the cheese to come out. I like to serve these meatballs with spaghetti noodles. Enjoy.
