I have always had an interest in the delicious flavor of smoked meats, so when I got my hands on a Traeger wood pellet grill I knew had to prepare a couple of smoked chickens. You will want to marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes but I recommend a bit longer than that. I think I marinated it for about 6 hours.
