What I do know is that this burger is really tasty. What really makes this burger unique is the garlic butter that is spread onto the buns before they are toasted. For even more garlic flavor the buns are sprinkled on top with a little garlic salt and additional garlic butter is spread onto the top of the burger after it has finished cooking.

The burger is topped with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and a sauce. The best part about this recipe of course is the sauce. The sauce is a combination of mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, and white vinegar. These few ingredients come together to make a delicious sauce that gives the burgers a unique flavor. The caramelized onions are a nice touch as well and are sautéed in vegetable oil for about 30 minutes. You can either make these a double burger with 2 patties each or form the meat into 4 large patties. These burgers can be cooked in the frying pan but I prefer a griddle. One of my favorite soups to get at Chinese restaurants is Wonton soup. Wonton soup consists of wontons that are filled with a pork mixture and then cooked in either chicken broth of water. This recipe cooks the wontons in water because the dish can be served as leftovers. If the soup is allowed to sit the wontons will make the soup cloudy, thick and starchy. If you intend to serve the soup immediately, the wontons can be cooked right in the broth. The broth really only consists of chicken stock and sesame oil. You can add additional ingredients to the broth for a little more flavor such as soy sauce. Soy sauce will also give the broth a darker color, if that is what you prefer. Wonton soup is great to serve for lunch or with any Chinese dinner. Enjoy.
